User/s - Any person who uses the website, its services and content, including ordering and purchasing products.

General

1. The terms are written in masculine form but refer to both genders. Where said in plural, it can be interpreted as referring to a singular and vice versa.
2. The website whose address is com (hereinafter: "The Website") is owned and operated by Brand It, a licensed business (O.M. 208468827) (hereinafter: "The Company").
3. The website serves as a virtual store for selling jewelry and/or home products and/or any product appearing on the website and offered for sale (hereinafter: "The Products"). The website is owned and managed by the Company. 
4. The website's terms of use constitute the legal basis and a contract regulating the relationship between the Company and the users of the website. Browsing the website and/or performing actions on the website constitute the user's agreement to accept and act according to the provisions of the terms. Therefore, if the user chooses to browse and use this website, this will constitute agreement to the website's terms of use and as a result, no claim and/or demand of any kind will arise against the Company and/or its managers and/or its employees.

8. Product prices include VAT, if applicable by law, but do not include shipping fees.
9. All product images on the website are for illustration purposes only, and the user will have no claim and/or demand in this regard.
10. The Company may update the prices of products on the website and shipping rates from time to time without prior notice. The valid price for an order placed is the price published on the website at the time of completing the order process (which includes providing credit card details). If prices were updated before the order process was completed, the user will be charged according to the updated prices.
11. These terms apply to the website and all other media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.

How to place an order 

1. Ordering and purchasing products will be done by users by entering their details, including (but not limited to) - full name, phone number, email address, residential address. It is clarified that filling in all details for ordering on the website is a prerequisite for placing the order. If incorrect details are provided when placing the order, the Company cannot guarantee that the order will be received, processed, or that the products will reach their destination. In the event that products are returned to the Company due to incorrect data entry, the Company may charge the user an additional fee for shipping costs.
2. The Company will not use the user's details for any purpose, except in accordance with the website's privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
3. Upon placing an order by the user, an automatic check of credit card details will be performed, and upon approval of the order by the credit card companies, a notification will be sent to the user that the transaction has indeed been approved.
4. The order details as entered by the user in the order form and the transaction record in the Company's computers will constitute conclusive and final proof of the correctness of the transaction.
5. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the user will receive an appropriate notification and will be required to provide an alternative payment method. If no alternative payment method is received, the transaction will be canceled.

In addition to the approval required from the credit card company as stated above, the approval of the order operation is conditional on the requested product actually being in stock in the Company's warehouses at the requested delivery date and/or at the time of order (even if it was stated on the website that the product is in stock). If the product is not in stock, the order will be canceled, and if the user was charged for it - the user will be credited accordingly. For the avoidance of doubt, the user will have no claim and/or demand in this matter against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf for any type of damage, whether direct damage or indirect damage, caused to the user and/or a third party as a result. It should be emphasized and clarified that there may be situations where even though a certain item is displayed on the website as being in stock, in practice that item is not in stock and cannot be supplied - in these situations the transaction will be canceled and the user will have no claim in this regard, subject to the refund of the amount paid to the Company by the user

 Company Responsibility 

1. Subject to any law, the Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable and shall not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the user and/or to a third party, as a result of use or purchase through the website, including, but not limited to, communication providers (including in connection with a malfunction and/or disruption, temporary or permanent, in communication lines) and/or due to unauthorized access, attacks, hacking and penetration of information (or an attempt to perform any of these) and/or due to shipping services and/or collection of shipments.
2. If the products are imported by the Company, they comply with the Israeli standard. The user confirms that any complaint regarding deviation from the standard should be directed to the manufacturer and not to the Company.
3. In any case, subject to the limitations of liability applicable by law, whatever the cause of action, the Company's liability shall not exceed the total payments paid by the user to the Company, and in no case shall the Company be liable for consequential or indirect damage, including loss of income and/or loss of profit caused for any reason.
4. A clerical error in the product description shall not obligate the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.
5. Any use of the Company's products is the sole responsibility of the user.

1. All intellectual property rights on the website and/or in the products, including copyrights, designs, methods, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of the Company or third parties, as the case may be. These rights apply, inter alia, to content on the website, including services offered therein, product list, product description and design, and any other detail related to the operation of the website, design, software, application, computer code, graphic file, text, and the like.
2.
