Order Cancellation and Product Return Policy

This section is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (the "Consumer Protection Law").

An order may be canceled from the date of purchase and up to two business days thereafter (excluding weekends and holidays) by providing notice to the company. In such cases, the company will refund the full payment made for the product, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Refunds will be issued as a credit to the original payment method (such as credit card) or as store credit for future purchases on the website.

This does not derogate from the company’s right to claim compensation for any significant decrease in the product's value due to its deterioration while in the customer’s possession.

Return Procedure

In case of cancellation, the customer must return the product to the company and bear the cost of return shipping.

Extended Cancellation Rights for Specific Populations

Customers who are:

  • Persons with disabilities (as defined under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998)

  • Senior citizens (aged 65 or older)

  • New immigrants (who received a new immigrant certificate within the past five years from the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration)

are entitled to cancel a purchase within four months from the date of the transaction, the receipt of the product, or the receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is latest, provided the transaction included a conversation between the company and the customer, including communication via electronic means.

The company may request documentation to verify the customer’s eligibility under one of the above categories.

If the transaction is canceled within the above timeframe, the company will refund the full payment for the product, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to perishable goods. This includes items that, once delivered, cannot be reused, resold, or returned due to their nature or deterioration in value before being returned. It also includes products that may spoil before reaching the company.
